• Q1. Do you deliver all over Nepal?
• A1. Unfortunately we are only Kathmandu Valley based right now. We will be delivering all over Nepal very soon.

• Q2. How long can we store the brownies in the fridge?
• A2. Since we use all natural ingredients with no preservatives at all I would suggest storing for week maximum. It will still be edible but the quality might degrade.

• Q3. What is the best way to store the energy bar?
• A3. We absolutely use 0 preservatives so I would suggest storing it in the fridge or if you're traveling you can carry them until 2 weeks. It should be completely fine.

• Q4. Do you have a physical store?
• A4. Not yet but we will be opening one very soon.

• Q5. What payments do you accept?
• A5. We accept COD from website but if you contact us on facebook and instagram we accept bank transfer and esewa too.

• Q6. Can we pickup at your address?
• A6. Absolutely you can, please ring us prior.(+9779851132172)

• Q7. Do you write a message?
• A7. Yes we do, we can write a message for me on a card or we can design your special message on top of the brownie.short message).

• Q8. Do you offer refunds?
• A8. If there is a genuine reason, we can definitely provide you a refund.

• Q9. Can you bake me my own recipe and product?
• A9. It absolutely depends on how much busy we are in the kitchen, we will do our best to fulfil all your needs.

• Q10. Are you guys really the best brownies in K-town?
• A10. We try our best to give our customers the best products using the best ingredients.
