Please note: We guarantee delivery date. We guarantee delivery time until and unless if there is any Traffic Jam or any Jatra /festival/Strike in the selected area of delivery.


We will inform you beforehand if there are any Potential Delays due to any circumstances on the selected delivery date.

·       Contact-Before Delivery

Rider will call or message 10-15 minutes before delivery. The rider will call you once he reaches at your mentioned delivery location.

·       Delivery Charges will be applied on the basis of location provided.

We do not offer refunds for postage delays or delivery issues caused by our third-party carriers.


By placing an order, you agree to the risks associated with postal and courier services.

If we become aware of any expected delays, we will notify customers either on our website or directly.

If No One Is Home

If the rider arrives and no one is available:

  • The rider will attempt to leave the parcel in a safe location and rider will call you if rider can leave the parcel to trusted person or trusted place by you.

  • If no safe place is found, your parcel will be delivered again by the rider and minimal charges will be added for re-delivery.

Deliveries to Business Addresses

When sending to a business, you must include the unit / shop / landmark/ apartment number.
A street location and business name alone are not sufficient, and drivers are not required to locate the business without a complete address.
