Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order up to 2 working days before your selected dispatch or pickup date.
Please note: Saturday and public holiday are also considered working days for this policy.
Once the order is confirmed or preparation has started, cancellation will not be accepted.
Same-day orders, custom cakes, designer cakes, bulk orders, and festive/special occasion orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once confirmed.
Issues or Faulty Products
If your order arrives in a condition that does not meet expectations, please contact us at our social media platforms like Instagram or Facebook with clear photo evidence and your website order number.
All concerns are carefully reviewed. In some cases, you may be asked to return the product for assessment before a refund can be issued. All refunds are subject to manager approval.
Postage Delays
If the location is changed the product delivery might not be delivered at the selected time frame.
If we become aware of any potential delays, we will notify customers through our website or direct communication.
Incorrect Delivery Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout:
Delivery cannot be guaranteed at the selected time of delivery.
If the parcel is returned to us, we cannot resend it, as the product will no longer be fresh.
A new order will need to be placed.
No refunds will be issued for orders with incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Last moment CHANGE OF DELIVERY LOCATION will not be accepted.
